Malec Parent-Teacher Meeting Headcanons

• Magnus taking 2.5 hours to get ready for the Parent-Teacher meeting cause “I never been to one of these things, Alexander! I don’t know what to - PUT THAT TIE BACK ON, GIDEON!!!”
• Alec being confused by the education system. “Im sorry, what do you mean boys don’t really need to learn about menstruation or the female reproductive system???”
• Some parents (and one teacher) not-so-subtly hitting on Magnus and Alec giving the “Right in front of my salad?” face.
• Magnus spotting Max with his friends and shouting “Blueberry!!!!” and Max responding with “I have no idea who that man is”.
• One of Rafe’s friends being a homophobic dick and Rafe shutting that shit down with “Yeah my dad is gay. He also has a bow.”
• Malec not being surprised to find out Max is really smart and has an aptitude for science.
• Malec being surprised to find out that Max is the class clown and pulls pranks on students and teachers all the time. “What do you mean you didn’t know nail polish is flammable??? DO NOT HANG UP ON ME, HERONDALE!!!!”
• The English teacher reassuring malec that Rafe is doing very well. So well that he mayhaps be writing poems in English to a certain someone in class…
• Magnus joining the Parents’ Whatsapp Group to get all the gossip.
• Alec being nominated to head the Parent’s Committee.
• Malec finding out that their sons are the co-founders/co-presidents of the ‘LGBT-Straight Alliance’ to eliminate bullying of LGBT kids in their school.
• Malec taking out the kids for a treat afterwards.
